In 2009, Nicoline van Harskamp won the first prize of the Prix de Rome with The Art of Listening, a layered performance project where a symposium was re-enacted, based on the memories of visitors.

Last weekend a new exhibition by Van Harskamp opened at Stedelijk Museum Bureau Amsterdam (SMBA). Any other Business, the question which is often asked at the end of a meeting, was originally a conference with ten different sessions, in which 35 actors participated.

The whole day has been documented, and is now summarized in nine short films, which for the first time are simultaneously on view in SMBA.
